You agree not to use the Services to:

• Access another person's account or information without permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.
• Upload viruses or any code intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Interfere with, overburden, or disrupt the Services or the networks and servers behind them.
• Scrape, data-mine, or harvest information about other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
• Violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We work hard to keep vehicle details, availability, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur and inventory changes quickly. Vehicles are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without notice. Please confirm details with us before purchasing.

The Services and their content — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the MogCar name and marks — are owned by MogCar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

The Services may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and providing a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and to the extent permitted by law you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, and to waive participation in class actions.
